Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in Sawbridgeworth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property sales from inception to completion
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Conducting professional property valuations 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales negotiation within the estate agency industry
• Experience with valuing properties (preferred) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of property market trends in Sawbridgeworth
