Inventory charges to landlord: From £108 inclusive of vat depending on size of property
Deposit Administration: £72 inclusive of VAT
Register landlord and tenant details and protect the deposit within a Government-authorised Scheme or administer zero deposit guarantee
Additional property visits: £60 (inc VAT)
Serving of Section 21: £54 inclusive of VAT
Serving of Section 13: £36 inclusive of VAT
Serving of Section 3: £36 inclusive of VAT
Serving of Section 48: £36 inclusive of VAT
Submission of non resident landlords receipts to HMRC: £60 inclusive of VAT quarterly
Obtaining more than two contractor quotes: £24 inclusive of VAT per quote
