I had a fantastic experience working with “Doug Whybrow” throughout the purchase of my new home. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive from start to finish . Without his help I couldn’t take that house he pushed both solicitor to get done before Christmas . Not only that, many times I was ready to cancel the purchase of properties but he never gave up with support and courage ,answering the call and email on the record time, patient , excellent communication was clear and reassuring, and he helped make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. As a first time buyer it was nice to be able to work with a team of people who have an abundance of knowledge in the industry and can put you on the right track. This process can get long, complicated and stressful but thankfully Doug (sales progressor) was always happy to answer questions and chase up any issues as they arose. If you are buying around Stortford it is definitely worth at least having a chat with them to see what they can offer you.

I have been very happy with the service from Intercounty who have always acted promptly and in a professional way to deal with my communications. In particular, Siarah Rana has been very helpful and patient in helping me with a new contract.

We have just bought our first house with Intercounty and we cannot fault their service. Grace was amazing when we first started viewing houses, very knowledgable and keen to help us. Jake was great when we viewed our house, giving us lots of information but not pushy or overbearing like we have found some other estate agents from different companies. We were then referred to Hayley as our sales progressor and she has been brilliant. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions and she always got back to us in a timely manner and nothing felt too silly to ask. Hayley was aware of all the updates and ensured to chase solicitors when needed so that actions were in place swiftly She was great at communicating between us and the sellers, meaning that the process was smooth and able to take place quickly which we all wanted. Intercounty have been great and we cannot fault them!

There are several people I would like to thank for the support they have given both me and my partner. Jade from the Harlow office as well as Alex and Rosie from the Dunmow office, have all been incredibly helpful. Without going into too much detail, we experienced significant issues with the property we were moving out of due to complications with our landlord. Intercounty helped us secure a new home quickly with everything arranged within a couple of weeks and they even assisted us with obtaining a reference from our previous landlord. Alex, in particular, was incredibly understanding. When I came into the office visibly stressed, he took the time - despite his busy schedule, to go through every issue we were facing. A few days after we moved in, he even followed up with an email outlining all the information we needed regarding our rights as tenants when dealing with our previous landlord. Thank you again.

My experience with letting arranged by Intercounty has been amazing. Katie Mitson has been remarkable in her job, with excellent prowess in communication. As I live quite far from Bishop’s Stortford, she arranged the video viewing and has promptly responded to all my queries. She excelled in helping us get our offer accepted too. I do hope that we can receive their remarkable services some point in the future.
