My wife Jan and I have been dealing with Geena Manzi, Intercounty's New Homes Sales Manager, on our purchase of a newbuild Troy Homes property at their Stansted development "The Oaks". Geena has handled everything speedily and efficiently and has been a delight to deal with.

I viewed some houses and ultimately purchased a house with Intercounty at the end of 2025 and they were brilliant. They were friendly, honest and reliable. Ashley was excellent and worked efficiently to progress the purchase. He provided us with regular updates as well as honest, trustworthy advice and information. When viewing, they had lots of information about the properties they showed us and were able to answer most of our questions there and then. They updated us quickly about anything they were unsure about. Overall, I found them honest, open and reliable, and would use them again in future.

I recently sold a property using Intercounty Great Dunmow. From the start through to completion, the level of communication was excellent and the team worked very hard, with someone always available when I had any queries. A special shout out to Dale on the Sales side and Hayley, Sales Progressor, who worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track when there were a few complications, liaising with both solicitors and other parties and myself. I would definitely recommend.

Intercounty had sold us our house many years ago and we remember being impressed with them, so we thought we would go with them again to sell our house this time around, and we were so glad we did. Communication was excellent throughout, from Dan introducing us to the process, valuing the house and taking into account our priorities, to Annabel and Poppy showing it, and finally to Hayley to seeing it through. We felt Intercounty got the price just right, and though there is always some luck involved with timing with property, we received an offer very quickly. Even if we hadn't, we were made aware of a very clear marketing strategy from the very beginning. The whole process was seamless, Intercounty were great to deal with. Thoroughly recommend!

Just to express my gratitude to the team at Intercounty Bishops Stortford for selling my late parents home at Albury, never an easy task dealing with these things after a bereavement but everything was taken care of sensitively by William Jobber, Doug Whybrow, Charlie Cummins, Lisa Carpenter, Kristy Grimstone and Jake Morley on viewings plus others I’m embarrassed to say, names escape me at this moment but all were outstanding. It wasn’t entirely straight forward, is anything ever ? But all obstacles to the sale were dealt with as quickly and as reasonably as could be expected and at the finish I do believe that this much loved property was sold to the most suitable and deserving buyers. Abby took over and nursed the sale through to a happy conclusion.
