We used Intercounty for both our sale and purchase, which eventually turned into quite a lengthy and at times fairly intense chain process with plenty of moving parts, pressure and last-minute twists along the way. Throughout all of it, Hayley (specifically) was consistently transparent, proactive and supportive. What really stood out was her communication and experience navigating the realities of chain politics and the more pressured side of the process, whilst still remaining calm, honest and approachable throughout. By the final stretch there was probably more chasing, negotiating and brinkmanship across the chain than any of us would have ideally wanted, but Hayley genuinely helped get matters over the line and we really appreciated all her efforts from start to finish.
