Lots of different documents and information will be needed by your Embrace Mortgage Services consultant when submitting your mortgage or insurance application. The list is quite long, but don’t worry if you cannot find every document just yet - the more you can bring to the first appointment the quicker we can get you moving.
Please bring original documents:
Proof of your identity (eg. passport or driving licence)
Details of all existing personal and mortgage related insurance
Proof of residency (eg. utility bill or bank statement, dated in last 3 months)
Employment benefits (eg. sick pay, pensions)
13 weeks’ or 3 months’ payslips
Doctor’s details (name, address, tel)
Latest P60 (usually issued by your employer in April/May)
Employers’ details for the last 3 years (name, address, telephone number and dates you were employed there)
Last 3 years’ copies of SA302s/audited accounts (if self-employed)
Solicitor’s details (name, address, tel)
Your latest annual mortgage statement
New property details (only if not purchasing through Intercounty)
Your full address history (to cover at least the last 3 years)
Copy of credit report for each applicant
Proof of deposit
Details of existing outgoings including details of other loan commitments
