If like many of us you overindulged in the Festive period here is a fat free recipe you can enjoy without feeling guilty:
Apples with Blackberries (129 calories per portion)
4 Cooking apples
½ a teaspoon of Cinnamon
Simply core the apples and put them in an oven proof dish and pour over the honey, juice and rind from the orange, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Add some water to the bottom of the dish. Then place the dish in a 180c pre-heated oven for around 20 minutes, then sprinkle the blackberries on top of the apples and cook for a further 10 minutes.
