Rightmove, the UK property portal has forecast the highest gulf between rental demand and properties available to rent it has ever measured. This forecast is based on search activity on their site, supply, and available properties to rent. Rental demand has continued to sore, where as available rental property has fallen by 10%.
These figures show the growing extent of our growing accommodation crises in Britain, and also highlight the great investment opportunities for landlords, or people investing in buy-to-let properties.
