At Intercounty Chelmsford, our team is led by James Sutton who has a wealth of experience in selling and letting homes in Chelmsford and the surrounding villages.

As well as the headquarters of Essex County and Chelmsford city councils, the modern city is also home to a range of national and international companies. Shopping in Chelmsford is always a varied and rewarding experience, as it offers two main shopping centres, High Chelmer and The Meadows, as well as two retail parks, Riverside and Chelmer Village.

If you are considering a move, our office is located in Duke Street in the centre of Chelmsford. We are always happy to sit down and have a chat about the property market.

Outside of normal office hours we are still here for you on the telephone - 8am – 9pm weekdays, 9am - 5pm Saturdays and 10am - 4pm Sundays (By appointment only).
