
Pimms is one of those drinks that we most associate with summer, as it is filled with delicious summer fruit and vegetables and is easy to enjoy on a summer night. But if you are looking to add a twist to your Pimms recipe then here are some fruity ways to add a twist to your punch:
Jamie Oliver’s Ginger Pimms:
1 cucumber
500ml/1 pint Pimms
1 litre/2pints lemonade
500ml/1 pint ginger beer
zest of 1 orange
a handful of mint leaves
a handful of strawberries, washed and hulled
ice cubes

Cranberry Pimms:
This recipe is available on the house and garden website and makes a delicious alternative to the standard Pimms recipe.
You will need to mix:
Ice cubes
375ml (12fl oz) Pimm's No.1
100ml (3½fl oz) gin
1l (32fl oz) sparkling lemonade, chilled
200ml (6½fl oz) cranberry juice
1 lemon, sliced, to garnish
Mint leaves, to garnish
Redcurrants or fresh berries, to garnish
Pimms and a pomegranate from Reveal
You will need to mix:
50ml POM Wonderful Pomegranate Blueberry 100% Juice
150ml Pimms
4 Strawberries – deheaded.
Handful of mint
8 Cucumber Slices
4 Lemon Wedges
Handful of pomegranate arils
Lemonade to top
