Before you apply – reference checks
To pass referencing, you’ll need to:

Have a household income at least 30x the monthly rent (e.g. £1,000 pcm rent = £30,000 income)
Have no CCJs, IVAs or poor credit
Provide proof of your current address
Show correct ID for your Right to Rent check
- EU & non-EU citizens: Share code
- British & Irish citizens: Passport
If self-employed: last 12 months of verified accounts
