Intercounty is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our successful Great Dunmow team.

Key Responsibilities

Build rapport with prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
Maintain regular contact with applicants, vendors and buyers.
Stay informed of local market trends and property values.
Support the wider team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience is essential.
A positive, professional and confident approach to dealing with people.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A motivated, target-driven attitude with a desire to succeed.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
