Weekend Viewing Assistant

At Intercounty, we are a market leading independent estate agency and we are looking for a Weekend Viewing Assistant to join our Saffron Walden team.

As a Weekend Viewing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team and delivering an excellent experience for buyers searching for their next home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany prospective buyers on property viewings.
• Register new applicants and respond to customer enquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the viewing process.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day office activities.
• Help match buyers with suitable properties.

Full training is provided, so no experience in estate agency is necessary.

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, professional, and punctual.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service
