Congratulations to Sara Mc Grath who won Intercounty’s new website launch competition to win £1,000 and the chance to sell or rent her home for free.
The Intercounty website competition started back in March 2016 to celebrate the launch of their new website. The new easy-to-navigate website was re-designed to take into account the changing needs of their customers. The new improved search facility has made it much easier for clients to find a property within a certain geographical radius, as well as the option to add an advanced search for a specific property type - for example one with tennis courts, or wooden floors, an open fire or all three! Browsers can also extend their search area by adding another town or village or by extending the distance, as well as being able to view properties on a Google map if required.
The new site is also packed full of buying, selling and renting tips from how to set up home with someone for the first time, to the process of buying a new home – so whether you are moving in, moving up, moving on, looking at being a property investor, relocating or making a fresh start you will be able to find everything you need to make that move.
Other options available are finding a property which is chain-free, new builds and sale agreed properties. It’s also possible to save a search for another visit and even if a customer doesn’t save their search, the previous properties they have viewed on a subsequent visit will still be visible.
As a local estate agent Intercounty has always understood the value of working within their local community and their website echoes this by providing information about local communities and local news via their branches news feeds.
If you want to keep up to date with all things property you can check out their lively news-feed which covers stories from the latest property news to lifestyle articles.
