Terms and Conditions


1. The only participating branch is Intercounty Old Harlow, The George, Station Road, Old Harlow, CM17 0AN.   

2. The promotion is open to UK homeowners who reside permanently within the CM17 0, CM17 9, CM18 6, CM18 7, CM19 4, CM19 5, CM20 1, CM20 2, and CM20 3 postcodes and who instruct Intercounty Old Harlow to sell their home or agree a let on their permanent residence in these postcode areas between the 1st of June 2013 to the 30th June 2013. This promotion is not open to employees of LSLi Limited or LSL group companies.

3. Intercounty does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged vouchers.  Vouchers that are altered, illegible or not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified. Only 1 voucher per household. No additional vouchers will be sent to clients who misplace their original voucher. 

4. One voucher will be issued by Intercounty Old Harlow for:

41. Each new sales instruction registered with Intercounty Old Harlow displaying our ‘For Sale’ board at the for sale price advised by our Intercounty representative at our standard fees between the 1st June 2013 and the 30th June 2013.
4.2. Each property that is let agreed by Intercounty Old Harlow at the let price advised by our Intercounty representative at our standard fees between the 1st June 2013 and the 30th June 2013.

Vouchers issued by an Intercounty representative to properties on the sales market will still be eligible for use in the promotion should the newly registered client’s residence be taken off the market or sold during the promotional period. This is not applicable to lettings properties.

5. The voucher covers two nights Bed and Breakfast for two sharing a room free of charge together with a £25.00 food allocation per person for the evening dinner at the Best Western Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa, Usk, Monmouthshire, NP15 1PG. Vouchers will be presented by a member of the Intercounty Old Harlow team to all qualifying clients. This voucher must be discussed by the client when booking the room and be presented at the hotel on arrival. Clients will be responsible for organising travel to and from the hotel, as well as any extra charges at the hotel complex and other services.

6. The voucher is non-transferable between hotels and is subject to availability at the Best Western Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa, Usk, Monmouthshire, NP15 1PG. No cash alternative will be offered. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers must be used before 24th December 2013

7. Eligible homeowners who book a room at the Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel & Spa will enter into a contract directly with the hotel.  Intercounty Old Harlow is not an agent or partner of Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel & Spa and to the extent permissible by law accepts no liability for any loss suffered by a customer as a result of a customer relying on the issue of the voucher to book a room at the hotel or as a result of a customer’s stay at the hotel.

8. Intercounty clients must contact the Best Western Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa, Usk, Monmouthshire, NP15 1PG to book their stay at the hotel and must state the offer before booking, by contacting the Hotels reservations on 01633 450521. The voucher must be presented at the hotel on arrival. Failure to do so may invalidate the promotional offer.

9. Clients who visit the hotel having used the Intercounty voucher must be willing to have a photograph taken, their name and address published on the Intercounty website, social network pages and local press.

10. Taking possession of a voucher and booking a room is deemed acceptance of these rules.
