The County of Essex really does have it all

Essex has been undervalued over the centuries when it comes to property, but that's all changed in recent years as property buyers are now realising that Essex really does have it all. It has 350 miles of beautiful coastline, Britain’s largest network of country lanes and great connections to London as well as International links with London Stansted being within easy reach and that's not to mention good value for money property.

Essex also has a whole plethora of things to offer including a vast amount of Medieval Cities and towns, quintessential English cottages and is also Britain’s sunniest county, with the lowest amount of rainfall of any county in the UK.

Chelmsford was voted one of the best places to live in the UK in March by the Sunday Times for its jobs, good schools, broadband speed and culture.  Since it was granted City status in 2012 there has been a vast boost in development, which has really improved the vibe of the City and in return has attracted more property buyers and people wanting to be a part of this exciting City.

If you are considering a move to Essex how about one of these two delightful properties each with their own Essex country charm:

A stunning four bedroom converted barn for sale for £1,500,000 in Old Lodge Court White Hart Lane, Chelmsford, CM1
