Taylor Bats Fees For Six! - Sell Your House For Free Competition

Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club's new arrival James Taylor called into Mark Bygott Intercounty to help draw a winner of their 'SELL YOUR HOUSE FOR FREE' competition.  James (22) signed for Notts after a successful spell at Leicestershire where he became the youngest player to score 1,000 championship runs. Having represented England at under 19 level and captained the England Lions, Taylor made his One Day International debut for England last year.

Mark was delighted that James was able to take time off from his busy schedule after a successful result against Durham and before the next fixture versus Somerset. James is aiming to 'drop anchor' in the area and Mark and his team are on the look out for a suitable house for him to buy.

As one of the most exciting young players to break onto the scene in recent years we wish James all the best with the Outlaws and hope it won't be too long before he is back representing his country.

Clients who instructed Mark Bygott Intercounty to sell their property between January and March were entered into a  draw to pay 'NO ESTATE AGENCY FEES'.  The winner drawn by James was Mrs Hackett from Lady Bay, who by winning the draw will save herself over £2500 in commission!!  She of course was thrilled to hear the news, especially as a sale has already been agreed on her property and she will soon be on the move.

Although the chance to sell your property for free has now gone by for this year, clients choosing Mark Bygott Intercounty will still benefit from the first class service that has got Mrs Hackett and many others moving and the assurance that they are Licensed Agents and also the only local members of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
