The semi-detached home has experienced some of the largest house price increases across the UK, once seen as a bit of compromise home buyers are realising that they offer families the same benefits of living in a family home but at a cheaper price. In the past five years the price of a semi detached home has increased by 37% compared to a detached home which have only seen increases of 25%.
