Intercounty Hebden Bridge Delivers Good News On Homes Under The Hammer

Intercounty Hebden Bridge’s Branch manager, Claire Sheehan was able to deliver good news to the owners on the BBC 1 show Homes Under the Hammer.

Homes Under the Hammer is a day time show which uncovers the tricks of the property auction trade. This week’s edition features Claire Sheehan from Intercounty Hebden Bridge, who is invited to value a newly renovated house, that Dan and Alison had bought at auction for £86,000 and had then spent another £100,000 on the renovation.

The old canal side Victorian house, has been sympathetically restored by its current owners. Claire was able to deliver the good news to the owners, that the current value is now £270,000, giving the family a £84,000 profit on their property investment. Which was fantastic news for the current owners.
