Intercounty a ‘phenomenal agency’ - receives Gold - Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2016
Intercounty are delighted to have been awarded Gold for the Best Medium Estate Agency in the East of England at the Estate Agency of the Year awards in association with The Sunday Times and the Times.
The awards which took place in December, are the longest and most highly regarded estate agency awards in the industry, each year hundreds of estate agencies across the UK compete for these prestigious awards. The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts who complete a rigorous and thorough judging process in order to choose the winners. The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman Katrine Sporle, and President of the National Association of Estate Agents David Mackie acted as Arbiter.
Intercounty was recognised by judges as being a phenomenal agency, in its ability to view the estate agency process as an art. They stated that Intercounty’s service to clients is at the foremost of their business model, which is reflected in their flexible approach to a client’s needs, including among many other positive attributes, an extended customer service telephone line staffed by Intercounty employees rather than a third party. Intercounty’s directors were also praised.
Richard Durrant, Managing Director of Intercounty commented: “we are delighted to have received recognition nationally at the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards – from communication with our clients i have always been given the impression that the service we offer to our customers is far greater than most estate agents, but to hear it from some of the leaders in our industry and to be described as a “phenomenal agency” by the judges is great testament to our fantastic staff who work tirelessly to provide a great customer service.
In May 2016 we also won the lettings award, so winning gold for sales is a great achievement and a great way to round off 2016,” Durrant concluded.
