Each new year we find ourselves enticed by gym membership, usually because of a special offer, but then a couple of months into the year find that we are still paying and not going, that’s what makes having a home gym so much more practical. Forget having to go out on a cold night after work – which is enough to put anyone off going to the gym, also once you’ve paid for the equipment, it’s yours, and if you integrate resistant excercises into your fitness regime, such as using elastic bands, it really doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
