According to a new survey by uSwitch Hertfordshire is one of the best places to bring up a family.

They say that new parents should consider selling up and moving to Hertfordshire as it has great exam results, sunshine and pay prospects. They also say that having lots of GPs and access to fast broadband are also a good reason to move there.

The county is also known as a great location for commuters because of its close proximity to London, 81% of people aged between 16-64 are in work, with the average person bringing home a salary of £33,435.
