The team really do know the local market, and I had a sale agreed in excess of the asking price within 3 weeks of going on the market. Tom, Liz, Carol and the whole team continued their support through the whole process until completion day. They really did make the process as stress-free as possible, and Carol worked very hard to progress the sale. Very helpful having the office located locally in the village so that you’re able to drop in when it’s needed.
