From the very first time we visited the plot, right through to Geena being there when we finally moved in around nine months later, she was consistently available, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable. Buying a new build can be a long and sometimes complicated process, but having someone who genuinely keeps on top of the full chain made a huge difference.
