Outstanding service from everyone in the team and a genuine sense of attention to detail. In particular, Reece Malcolm was exceptional, in a world suffocated by AI and keypad call routing, it was like a breath of fresh air to speak with a real person who understood the customers needs, owned the transaction from start to finish and delivered positively and promptly to every question I raised. The apartment was presented beautifully, everything was clean, well maintained, and looked even better than I expected. As my wife couldn't attend the viewing, Kelsey kindly allowed me to take videos of the property so I could show her afterwards, which I really appreciated.
