We loved Intercounty - even though we could not go through with the purchase they were always giving us time to actually look at the property (rather than bend our ear with incessant sales talk), plus we were always at the property for around half an hour (sometimes more!) each time. Abby, especially with your diplomatic chasing - we never felt pressured but appreciated things that were time sensitive, and it was also always done really kindly! Really impressed and we know we will not hesitate to contact Intercounty in the future and will actively look for properties through you.
