Matt Stapleton, Care & Maintenance Manager, went above and beyond to get things going, to the point he took it “personal” and managed to fix a time critical repair very important for us. To be honest, it has been like that most of the time when we needed any kind of repairs in the house. The process of selling my mum's house with Intercounty was seamless and professional. They sold the house in three days by making great professional pictures and drumming up interest before it even hit the market. The price was realistic as well and so were the expectations. Sam Kelly and his sales team were easy to reach and worked flat out. As for the process, I must mention Doug Whybrow who was brilliant. He was basically reachable all the time by phone everytime we had a tiny question. As we used the Intercounty solicitor he helped liaise with that team too. Doug was calm and reassuring and helped explain in laymen's terms how the details worked when they came up. I can't thank him enough for reassuring my elderly mum.
