The process of selling my mum's house with Intercounty was seamless and professional. They sold the house in three days by making great professional pictures and drumming up interest before it even hit the market. The price was realistic as well and so were the expectations. Sam Kelly and his sales team were easy to reach and worked flat out. As for the process, I must mention Doug Whybrow who was brilliant. He was basically reachable all the time by phone everytime we had a tiny question. As we used the Intercounty solicitor he helped liaise with that team too. Doug was calm and reassuring and helped explain in laymen's terms how the details worked when they came up. I can't thank him enough for reassuring my elderly mum. I just couldn't ask for a better process. We completed in just three months which feels unreal. Thank you Intercounty team!
