As a first time buyer it was nice to be able to work with a team of people who have an abundance of knowledge in the industry and can put you on the right track. This process can get long, complicated and stressful but thankfully Doug (sales progressor) was always happy to answer questions and chase up any issues as they arose. If you are buying around Stortford it is definitely worth at least having a chat with them to see what they can offer you.
