Insurance For Home Owners & Tenants

Insuring your property against accidents or other incidents is highly recommended and in some cases buildings insurance is requested by mortgage lenders.  Your contents and personal belongings can be valuable and can be protected both inside and outside your home.

When you rent a property you must still insure your contents.  A landlord will have insurance themselves for the building and any of their contents damaged due to a property related incident which should be included in the agreed tenancy however your contents may not be covered or any items damaged by you.

It's easy to get insured

If you are in the process of buying a property or have applied to rent one, a member of our team at Intercounty Insurance Services^ may be in touch to discuss your insurance options. They will need to ask a few questions in order to give you a competitive quote.  You can of course take advantage of these services if you are already a home owner or property investor.

The aim is to understand your specific needs before finding the most suitable product for you from the panel of insurers, a solution tailor-made to each customer.

The team will and process your application whilst you are on the phone with no paperwork for you to complete.

If you would like to find out for yourself or are already in a property then contact one of Insurance Advisors on 01392 849 880^.

Alternatively please complete the form and an Insurance Advisor will get in contact.
