My Intercounty Landlord FAQs

Where do I get my login details?

If you are a new customer, you will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to login.

If you are an existing customer, you already have a My Intercounty account, so you can login to that in the usual way and the landlord online account area will be available to you.

If you have never used your My Intercounty account, or are unsure whether you have an active My Intercounty account, go to intercounty.co.uk/my-intercounty/forgotten and select forgotten password and we will send you a link to reset your password and you can set up an account.

In all cases, please make sure you use the email address you have given to your Intercounty branch when registering.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Simply visit My Intercounty and click on the Forgotten Password link on the dropdown. You can then request a link to reset your password.

You will need to use the email address you used to register with Intercounty.

Is there an app for My Intercounty?

My Intercounty has a website-based app, which means it can only be installed through your account. While you won't find it in the App Store or Google Play, you can easily install the app by logging into your 'My Intercounty account and following the 'Install app' instructions.

You can also watch this how to install video.

If your device uses FaceID, this can be enabled once the app is installed.

How do I save the online account area to my mobile phone home screen?

Log into your My Intercounty account and then tap the “Share” button.

Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”

This will add an icon to your home screen alongside your apps.

If you access the online account area via a desktop device, don’t forget to bookmark the page so you can easily find it next time.

Why does the online account area have to have 2FA (2 Factor Authentication)?

Keeping customer information and data is important to us. Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to the authentication process by making it harder for hackers to gain access to a person's devices or online accounts because, even if the victim's password is hacked, a password alone is not enough to pass the authentication check. Matters relating to property ownership are particularly attractive to hackers.

Can I contact the Intercounty team through the account area?

Our online account area allows you to easily contact our team with any queries you might have and get your query through to the right team fast. Select the Contact Us section from the dashboard, select your enquiry type in the drop down menu and it will be submitted to the relevant department.

Is the landlord online account area available to Tenant Find landlords?

The landlord online account area will be of the most benefit to our Fully Managed and Rent Collect Landlords. For Tenant Find landlords, we only introduce you to the tenant, which means the majority of the data within the account area involves parts of the letting process that we don’t handle e.g. checking in process, statements etc. If you are interested in upgrading your service with us to either Rent Collect or Fully Managed you can discuss with your local branch.
