Emergency contact must only be made outside of intercounty opening hours. If the problem is not deemed to be an emergency then the cost of any works will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Please check your move in paperwork to see if your landlord has any third party agreements such as British Gas Homecare as these must be called for any relevant emergencies and not the Intercounty emergency contractors.
If an Intercounty contractor is called out where you have been made aware that there is a service agreement in place, the cost of works will be the responsibility of the tenant.
