Location: Harlow & Sawbridgeworth

Hours: 12 hours per week 

Salary: £8,200.00 per Annum

We are seeking a diligent and organised Property Inspection Clerk to join our team in Harlow. This pivotal role supports Intercounty's ongoing success by ensuring accurate and timely property inspections and maintaining comprehensive records. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property inspections in line with company standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection outcomes.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth inspection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during inspection activities.
  • Manage and archive inspection documents.
  • Provide administrative support related to property inspections, including data entry and report generation.
  • Support the continuous improvement of inspection procedures and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer orientated role is essential. 
  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using databases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of property terminology is an advantage.

Hours
