New homes

Our community

We work heavily with local schools, clubs and charities offering to help promote local events and hands-on help. Every member of staff is committed to spending 1 day a year helping at a local event. This could be anything from running the tuck shop at the school disco, conducting mock interviews for school leavers to being the backend of a pantomime horse in the donkey derby.

Many of the charities and schools will use our centrally located town centre offices as collection points for ticket sales due to our extended opening hours.

We want to genuinely help make our communities a better place to live in and we believe the best way to do that is to get involved and "stuck in".

LSL let's eat foodbank week

Let's eat together foodbank initiative

All our branches are involved in the yearly Let's eat together foodbank initiative backed by LSL property services.

As part of this we encourage colleagues and members of the public to collect non-perishable food and toiletries for our local community.

These are dropped off in our local branches and then distributed to local food banks.

This is part of a wider initiative that is being un by a number of partner estate agents and businesses across the across the nationwide LSL Group.

Intercounty Signs for the Brompton Fountain

In 2006 Brompton Hospital performed life saving surgery and created a miracle for the daughter of one of our Intercounty Director's James Sutton.

To support our colleague and the charity Intercounty takes part in Christmas signing videos that are taught to our colleagues

Guides dogs

Intercounty and Guide dogs UK

Every year we run our popular competition in aid of Guide Dogs UK - How cute is your pooch?

Customers bring their dogs down to our Saffron Walden Office and pictures are taken by a professional pet photographer. All entrants receive a digital image of their dog and the winner of our Facebook competition will receive a canvas of the winning picture. All donations go directly to the charity.
