Owner's View

The part of our home that we will miss the most is: the fact that we have enough room to have both adult and family space. The three things that make our home different from the rest are: the secluded location yet being only 10 minutes walk from town, the interesting visual character of the house from outside but modern feel inside, the size of the plot. The improvements and changes we have made to our home are: new bathrooms, new carpets upstairs, new drive surface, outside fencing and front gate.

Directions

From the office in North Street turn left and proceed to the mini roundabout, turn right and continue to the next roundabout. Turn left into Northgate End, this leads to Rye Street. Continue along Rye Street past Grange Paddocks on your right hand side and continue towards the end of the road, you will see a turning on your left hand side just before you get to the bridge, turn into this road and 217 is the 2nd property on the left hand side.
