What fees and charges do I have to pay?
- INTERCOUNTY's franchise fee is £25,000 plus VAT per office payable upon signature of the franchise agreement
- The monthly management fee is 8% based on gross turnover as defined in the Franchise Agreement and is payable monthly
- IT licences for access to our systems are charged at cost and are based on the individual requirements of each franchisee
